Emerge Orthopedics and Surgical Center

The new two-story, approximately 45,000-square-foot surgical center is designed to bring a wide range of surgical, clinical, and patient care services together within a modern healthcare environment. The facility includes operating rooms on both levels, pre- and post-operative spaces, more than 30 exam rooms, X-ray rooms, clinic waiting areas, and a dedicated treatment and training space.

The building utilizes structural steel framing with a composite concrete floor system at the second level, selected to provide an efficient structural solution while helping minimize vibrations in sensitive clinical and surgical spaces. At the main entrance, a large, cantilevered drive-through canopy creates a prominent arrival point while providing covered access for patients and visitors.
